8 Year Guarantee Multi-Purpose Coating

ALL-IN-ONE is a Primer, Sealer, Waterproofer and Topcoat. This 8 year guarantee product is a highly versatile product that offers high filling, hiding and waterproofing properties, making it suitable for both exterior and interior applications. 


Sparcolux All-In-One can be applied directly to a range of cementitious substrates, woods, and previously painted substrates (including enamels). This product can also be used with a waterproofing membrane as a waterproofer for exterior wall cappings and parapets.

Sealer & Primer

Suitable on cured plaster, suitably prepared gypsum, fibre cement boards, bagged finishes, precast concrete, brick, etc. 

Undercoat 

Previously painted water-based surfaces and enamel-based surfaces.

Waterproofing

For wall cappings and parapets made from cured plaster, concrete, brick or fibre cement only.

Topcoat

High filling and high hiding smooth matt finish in a range of attractive colours.

Cleaning 

Water 

  • Ensure all substrates are thoroughly clean, sound and free of any contaminants such as dirt, grease, salts, and algae. Repair any cracks on the surface and clean using Sparcolux Sugar Soap.
     

    New Cement 

    New plaster or concrete surfaces must cure for a minimum of 21 days or once moisture content is less than 10% prior to applying Sparcolux All-In-One.

    New plaster, gypsum plaster, fibre cement brick work

    Ensure gypsum is suitably prepared (using prescribed slurry ratio and ensure the end product is not too DRY). Ensure all substrates are adequately cured, clean and free of contaminants. 


    If not, clean the substrate well and allow to dry. Prime the substrate with Sparcolux ALL-IN-ONE.

    Previously painted surfaces

    Remove algae, lichen, loose materials and flaking paint with a scrubbing brush or high pressure hose. Wash area with Sparcolux Sugar Soap. If required, apply an anti-fungal wash, then rinse with water.

    Seal powdery surfaces with Sparcolux Keybond or Sparcolux Undercoat.

    Glossy surfaces should be gently sanded, cleaned and dried.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
  • Stir very well before use!!!
  • Do not dilute – this product is ready to use.
  • Apply product with a brush, roller or spray system
  • For topcoat application: Apply 2 coats for complete obliteration, unless over coating a dark colour with a pastel shade, in which case apply 3 coats
  • Allow 3 – 4 hours drying time between coats.
  • Clean brushes with water. Product thinning is not recommended
