Sparcolux Brick Koat is a bituminous sealer used as a waterproofing barrier for concrete, masonry, cementitious screeds, clay and cement bricks. This product is suitable for exterior application, where water ingress is a concern.
This product is ideal for sealing brickwork, repairing mortars, and waterproofing exterior-facing concrete beams and pillars. Sparcolux Brick Koat can also act as a bond breaker between two adjoining concrete faces.

Ensure all substrates are thoroughly clean, sound, dry and free from any contaminants such as dirt, rust, salt, algae, fungi, lichens, oil, laitance, grease and loose flaking paint. Defects such as cracks should be repaired. Smooth off any sharp edges protruding from the surface.
